2015 New Year's Eve Stemmed Glass Tags

Here are 12 different circular tags for your stemmed glassware. Print on card stock and cut as shown below. You may need to cut the center circle a bit bigger than I have drawn depending on your particular stems. Write the owner's name in the blank space if you have more than 12 guests - or so no one has to remember their color after a few glasses of bubbly ;)

Cut the wine glass tag like this to leave space for writing a name. 

You may need to cut the inner circle a bit bigger.
